Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied. If by chance you would like to return a stock product within 30 days after receiving it, please follow the steps below:

  • Provide our customer services a receipt or proof of the purchase, for example, a purchase order, or invoice.
  • Obtain a return shipping label by emailing our customer service after approval.
  • Return products with original packaging, print the return shipping label, and put it into the shipping carton.

Refund and Return Policy

Once we received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The full refund requires the following:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection. We do not accept products displaying use, misuse, or other damage.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except if the product is defective.
  • If the return is for personal reasons, we only refund the payment for goods, and the buyer needs to pay the round-trip freight, taxes, and customs taxes.
  • The products are not in their original condition, for example, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The returned products are more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to post your refund officially.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting a refund.
